Agata graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. Agata has over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and advisory, gained mostly in financial industry. Agata started her professional career as auditor in the Financial Services Audit Department at KPMG (6 years). Afterwards, she was working at Ernst & Young – also in Financial Institutions Department where she was responsible for audit and advisory for Polish and international banks, leasing and factoring companies, investment funds, brokerage houses and other entities from the financial industry.

After working for the Big Four she was CFO in companies from real estate, services and IT industries, including foreign entities. For three years Agata was CFO for CEE region.

In 2013 Agata started working as Managing Director of an accounting and advisory company. She has been responsible for an accounting team of 40 specialists.
